Rule 130
Inspection of bills or invoices
After receiving the bills or invoices submitted by the builder, supplier, service provider or consultant for payment, the local body shall check whether such bills or invoices are in accordance with the provisions mentioned in the purchase agreement and if they are not, the relevant information shall be provided. The supplier, builder, service provider or consultant should be given immediately.
